Basic agreement

Services and products are provided "AS IS". The author (company) is not liable for any damage or possible injury to the user, his information or business arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Access code (trial or paid) is confidential and shall not be distributed.

On our servers (VPN and Web Proxy) prohibited:

• Spam (incl. forums and blogs spam) and any other activities, that can get our IP's blacklisted on SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop etc.
• Hacking or searching for security vulnerability (incl. sql-inj).
• Port and network scanning, bruteforce.
• Creating phishing site on any port.
• Distribution of viruses or any other malware.
• Violation of the laws of the country in which our VPN or Web Proxy server is located.

Violation of these rules could lead to blocking your access without any refund.

Note: on some servers SMTP port is closed (outgoing mail, using e-mail software). This is made to prevent spam attempts by new customers through our VPN. To open SMTP port for outgoing mail with software — just contact us and promise not to spam.
